Enclosed are two copies of my paper, 
%2Duplication of Human Actions by an Interacting
Community of Knowledge Modules%*, for this summer's Systems and Cybernetics
Congress.  I trust that the alteration of the title and summary raise no
problems. 

I realize that my draft is uncommonly large, and would be willing to 
deliver only excerpts
from it at the Congress.
If you wish to delete some sections yourself, the most detailed (and excisable)
ones are Sections 2.2, 2.3, 3.4.1, 3.5.1. 
While these have the lowest content per line, they provide the illustrations which
give the paper's ideas  substance.
